Optimize profits through effective cost controls. Hire, train, and develop new employees. Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. Lead with a management style that aligns with company best practices. Provide direction and support to all team members. Maintain product quality and availability. Prepare and deliver employee performance reviews. Collaborate with the store manager to lead the staff. Assist customers as needed. Enforce health, safety, and security regulations. Take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary. Complete tasks assigned by the general manager timely and accurately. Maintain company standards for stocking and store cleanliness.
