Industrial maintenance technician

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Operations team in a full-time role. This position is essential for supporting our manufacturing department through the expert installation, troubleshooting, and repair of both production and facility equipment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently or as part of a team to ensure our facility operates at peak efficiency. salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and provide emergency service as needed, including hours outside of the normal business day. Detect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment issues, performing necessary repairs through service activities or part replacements. Apply experience in single and three-phase electrical systems, plumbing, and commercial HVAC. Monitor, adjust, and test equipment to ensure it meets optimal performance specifications. Assist with the initial setup and installation of new production machinery. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Demonstrated experience using hand, power, pneumatic, measurement, and material handling tools; lathe experience is a plus.
