Maintenance technician

We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to join our facility team. This isn't your average "grease the gears" role; we need a troubleshooter who can pivot from high-pressure boiler systems to precision CNC machinery and pneumatic circuits. You will be the frontline defense against downtime, ensuring our production floor remains safe, efficient, and operational. This is a 1st shift 4 day work week direct hire opportunity in High Point, NC. Interviews are happening next week, apply today! salary: $58,240 - $66,560 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Repair, maintain different types of woodworking equipment, CNC's, pneumatic equipment, hydraulics, plumbing. Perform electrical work on machinery, lighting, etc. Perform maintenance/repairs on boilers, AC units, air compressors, etc. Preventative maintenance of machinery Inspect equipment and facilities on regular basis. Document all maintenance activities. Be on call for emergencies or security issues. Perform minor repairs to building and grounds as needed.
