Establish Agile delivery framework (Scrum / Hybrid Agile) for EDI squads. Define program increments, sprint cadence, and release milestones. Maintain lightweight governance aligned to Agile principles. Ensure visibility through Agile dashboards and dependency tracking. Plan migration in waves by partner, transaction type, or domain. Coordinate across EDI, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams. Identify and remove Agile impediments proactively. Maintain RAID logs aligned to sprint and release planning. Manage cross-team dependencies using Scrum-of-Scrums. Support Agile-aligned release, cutover, and go-live. Translate Agile progress into business outcomes for leadership. Ensure smooth handoff to operations with runbooks and SOPs. Capture retrospectives and support post-go-live stabilization.
