RRT / CRT Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist (RRT) MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care, helping to improve patients' respiratory function and overall quality of life. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited two- or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preferably CoARC-accredited). Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Ohio or a temporary RT permit. Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card (can be obtained upon hire). ACLS certification within 180 days of hire. Job Summary: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will: Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions. Operate ventilators and perform diagnostic respiratory tests. Develop and implement personalized respiratory care plans. Administer treatments, including aerosol medications and oxygen therapy. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
