Lead Certified Nurse Aide

Summary:Cares for residents in nursing home, or other medical facility, under direction of nursing and medical staff, by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee the nurse and CNA schedule for the building. This includes agency staff.Responsible for training and education of all new hires and current staff to included on boarding for all shifts.Serves as back up for any open shifts and vacations of current staff to include the restorative aides.Oversee all assignment sheets for staffResponsible for all inventory count, ordering, and bill processing.Supervisor dining room during meal periods.Cleans, sterilizes, stores, prepares, and issues dressing packs, treatment trays, and other supplies.Assist with inventory of new admission belongings and resident sign off on admission paperwork. Maintains the confidentiality of all resident, staff and organization information.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
