Role Responsibilities Deliver full-spectrum, continuous care to individuals and families through all life stages, addressing the needs from childhood through elderly care. Effectively manage chronic disease, preventive measures, acute ailments, and mental health issues with a patient-centered lens. Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic assessments, and design individualized treatment strategies. Partner with care coordinators, behavioral health providers, and specialists to ensure integrated, holistic healthcare delivery. Contribute to quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Utilize advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate and timely patient documentation. Provide care through both in-person visits and virtual consultations to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients. Education Requirements MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution. Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine. Certifications Board Certified in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or currently in possession of) an active Arizona medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Skills and Experience Proficient diagnostic and clinical skills with a focus on preventive healthcare. Familiarity with value-based healthcare models and a commitment to ongoing improvement. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
