ResponsibilitiesComply with all state-mandated Occupational Therapy Practice Act, Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and other legal mandates.Evaluate client for therapy needs and provide written orders/treatment plan for services.Ensure plan of care is consistent with client assessment and needs.Instruct other personnel and/or family members and caregivers on intervention goals.Ensure proper visit documentation completion.Report client's response to treatment or changes in condition to DON, ADON and/or client's primary provider.Participate in discharge planning..Provide in-service education for agency personnel, as needed.Ensure personal credentials are active and up to date at office.Attend all staff meetings and complete all required annual education as assigned.
