From diagnostics to repairs, maintenance, and system improvements — you will be the trusted expert our customers rely on.What your day could look like:Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, and mini-splitsPerform preventive maintenance and emergency HVAC service as neededService light commercial systems such as small offices and retail spacesAccurately document service details using company-provided iPadsCommunicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service deliveryIdentify additional service or system improvement opportunities and review options with customersSchedule & Service AreaSchedule: 5 days per week with a rotating on-call scheduleService Area: Limited to the Eastside - i.e. Redmond and neighboring areasWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of residential HVAC experience preferredStrong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to communicate professionally with homeownersValid driver’s licenseCompensation & BenefitsCompany-provided, fully equipped service vehicle with gas cardDispatch from home for daily convenienceTool allowanceTraining, certification support, and education reimbursement
