Job Title: Shift Leader - Burger King Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour Position Overview: Join the Burger King team, where we pride ourselves on serving flame-grilled goodness! You will report to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and help oversee daily operations, coaching your team along the way. Efficiently manage truck orders. Track and maintain restaurant assets while ensuring preventative maintenance. Implement strict cash control and security measures. Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience: Lead your team to provide quick, friendly, and precise service. Make sure every guest leaves satisfied-guests are our top priority at BK! Lead and Develop People: Mentor Shift Coordinators and Team Members to enhance skills and confidence. Motivate your crew to surpass performance expectations and operational standards. Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Direct the team for precise and efficient food preparation, meeting speed-of-service targets. Maintain Burger King's high cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. What You Bring to the Table Minimum age of 18 years. Experience of at least 2 years in quick-service restaurants, either as a Team Member or Assistant Manager. Basic understanding of P&L and profitability influence. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Passion for guest service and team building. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of Food Safety and Health Inspection requirements. Open availability for flexible shifts including evenings/nights and weekends. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, and stack up to 50 lbs. Capability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Skill in climbing ladders and reaching for items on shelves. Frequent bending and physical tasks such as sweeping and mopping are required. Exposure to varying temperatures in cooking, cooler, and freezer areas.
