As a Retail Banking Operations Manager, you will serve as a transformation leader in our Banking Consulting practice. You will spearhead client engagements that merge business strategies with technology and operational enhancements. Retail banks turn to Accenture to support their strategic transformations, leverage our innovative insights, and modernize their business models and technologies. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering data-driven solutions, crafting digital transformation roadmaps, and aligning business objectives with technological outcomes. You will be recognized as a trusted advisor, driving results and fostering innovation. Key responsibilities include: Lead client engagements that integrate business strategies, technology implementation, and operational improvements. Build and maintain trusted client relationships through insightful recommendations. Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI and data-driven initiatives. Design and implement data-driven operating models specifically for retail banking. Utilize automation and AI to create intelligent workflows that enhance processes and customer experiences. Accelerate transformation using agile delivery methodologies and AI-powered solutions. Collaborate with technology teams to shape and execute digital transformation roadmaps, ensuring synergy between business goals and technology outcomes. Lead change management initiatives to embed digital and AI capabilities throughout organizations. Work collaboratively across Accenture's ecosystem to deliver unified value to clients. Willingness to travel is required, with up to 80% travel (Monday - Thursday). Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as: Management consulting Consumer/mortgage lending Core banking Demonstrable teamwork experience on complex projects A Bachelor's degree Preferred Skills: Experience in deploying agentic AI use cases or building AI agents for banking workflows. Hands-on experience with generative AI solutions and prompt engineering. Knowledge of channel modernization/transformation (branch, contact center, digital). Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructures and data governance frameworks. An entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity to innovate beyond traditional consulting methods. Proficiency in visual storytelling tools (PowerPoint, data visualization platforms). Compensation at Accenture is determined by various factors, including location, role, skills, and experience levels. We anticipate this position will be posted on 02/06/2026 and available for at least 3 days.
