We conduct team and company-wide offsites multiple times annually to enhance collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is mandatory and fully supported. We are in search of a Product Manager to enhance our collaboration efficiency using Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, primarily Archer and Workiva. You will be at the forefront of driving effective communication, minimizing distractions, and utilizing AI to streamline interactions with work artifacts. Collaborating closely with Engineering, IT, Security, Compliance, and risk stakeholders, you will define the product vision and roadmap, align teams on measurable customer and business outcomes, and assess impact through improvements in communication efficiency and execution effectiveness. You will set the North Star for the GRC platform, making informed, strategic decisions that align with the company's objectives and best practices in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the strategic and tactical roadmap for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, aligning outcomes with Coinbase's strategic objectives. Translate long-term strategy into actionable plans by defining problem statements, target outcomes, and a prioritized backlog of capabilities, features, and technologies with clear KPIs/OKRs. Lead the entire delivery process from discovery and scoping to execution with agile teams; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines while promoting adoption through change management, enablement, and training. Establish effective governance and communication processes to define, manage, and share the roadmap; conduct stakeholder reviews; and deliver executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and decisions. Enhance platform quality through standardization, interoperability, data accuracy, and integrated controls within ERM and compliance workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and auditability. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on ERM and compliance platform initiatives, leveraging external insights and best practices to guide decision-making. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in business applications development or product management focused on internal products. Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance, and Technology Risk processes. Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira. Cross-functional experience addressing technical challenges across diverse teams (ERM, Compliance, Product, Legal, Finance), with an ability to unify varied stakeholders around a common vision. Experience interacting with both large and small organizations, with a preference for experience in larger companies. A BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration is preferred. Proficiency in vendor management and third-party software implementation. Desired experience with managing or implementing Archer, Workiva, or similar ERM platforms. Strong project management skills across multiple projects. User-centric approach with a relentless focus on building intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable experiences. Analytical prowess in market analysis, opportunity assessment, and deriving actionable product insights from complex data. Demonstrable experience driving AI-powered products. Capacity to thrive and excel under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial institutions and entities is an advantage. Experience in building software applications from scratch for internal users/business units.
