About the Role: Join our innovative Enablement team as a key player in developing Citrix's technical certification programs. Reporting to the Director of Enablement, you will enhance operational excellence, foster effective communication with partners and vendors, and create an outstanding learning experience within Citrix's certification and product learning ecosystem. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem-solver who excels at collaboration. You will closely engage with internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers to establish a world-class certification program that boosts product expertise and market readiness. Key Responsibilities Certification Operations Coordinate with external vendors for the seamless delivery of certification exams, proctoring, and digital badging. Manage the lifecycle of certification exam vouchers, including tracking, distribution, reporting, and troubleshooting. Oversee quality assurance processes for training courses related to certification preparation to meet accuracy and relevance standards. Support the creation, updates, and rollout of certification exams aligned with the certification roadmap. Maintain and publish certification-related learning paths and courses on the Citrix learning platform. Badging & Learner Experience Oversee certification badges and workflows in digital credentialing systems, such as Credly. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate badge issuance and program governance. Act as the primary contact for all inquiries regarding certification and badging. Content & Enablement Support Collaborate with the enablement team to package and publish content on platforms like BigTinCan and Brainshark. Ensure consistency in formatting, metadata, tagging, and version control of content. Assist with enablement initiatives aimed at product readiness, partner education, and enhancing customer learning experiences. Communicate certification metrics needs to the Marketing Operations team. Skills: 5+ years of experience in coordination, certification management, training operations, or similar roles. Familiarity with digital badging platforms (Credly preferred) and LMS/CMS systems (e.g., Brainshark, BigTinCan). Proven ability to work effectively with vendors, partners, and external customers. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Highly detail-oriented, committed to accuracy and quality processes. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in technology, SaaS, or product training environments. Knowledge of certification exam development or learning content creation workflows. Background in project management or operations. Compensation varies based on location and qualifications, with additional rewards such as annual bonuses and sales incentives possible. General salary ranges include: NY: $99,830-$149,746; CA: $104,170-$156,256; All other locations: $86,809-$130,213.
