All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Flu vaccination status must be provided in the submission notes. Description: This position is for a Special Procedures Cath Lab Tech. Candidates with a home address in Arizona will not be considered. It is essential to vet all locations and departments the candidates are willing to accept or work in. All requests for time off must be less than 7 days and will not be approved during the first week of the assignment or on holidays. Candidates should have a clean license verification at the time of submission. Travel experience is preferred but not required. All candidates must be compliant with specific background requirements. A skills checklist specific to Cath Lab Tech must be submitted. Flu vaccination declinations can be applied for if necessary. The on-call schedule will be determined by the facility.
