In the Workday human capital sector at PwC, you will focus on offering consulting services for Workday’s human capital management (HCM) applications. Your role will involve analyzing client requirements, executing HCM software implementations, and providing ongoing training and support for effective integration and use of Workday HCM applications. By working within this scope, you will help clients streamline their human resources processes, improve talent management, and fulfill their strategic objectives. The Opportunity: As part of the Workday Technology team, you will lead the creation and execution of impactful Workday integration solutions. In this managerial role, you will guide the implementation of our Workday integration strategy, maintaining a client-focused approach that aligns with PwC’s vision and objectives. You will conduct workshops with clients and third-party vendors to translate business needs into integration designs, advise clients on industry-leading practices, and showcase your technical expertise in the implementation of various Workday integrations. Responsibilities Include: Leading the strategy development and execution for Workday integrations. Guiding workshops with clients to articulate their business needs into integration solutions. Providing expert advice on industry standards and technological best practices. Exhibiting technical proficiency in the deployment of diverse Workday integrations. Maintaining a client-centered approach that reinforces PwC's mission and vision. Collaborating with clients and external vendors to ensure successful integration outcomes. Mentoring junior team members in Workday technology. Ensuring that all deliverables meet PwC's high standards of quality and integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing Workday HCM or FINS integrations. Workday Pro certification(s). Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Organizational Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Finance. Workday Integration or Workday Studio certifications. Experience leading workshops with clients and third-party vendors. Expertise in advising clients on technology trends and industry best practices. Knowledge of Workday technology and data conversion methodologies. Ability to creatively explore design options with clients and vendors. Technical specialization in Workday integrations. Experience leading technical workstreams and coordinating with module leads. Technical integration experience with external third parties. Global proficiency in SaaS application delivery. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, along with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
