Apex Research Group is expanding, and we"re looking for driven, detail-oriented professionals to join our Sacramento site.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Fair Oaks, CA, for an Clinical Research Coordinator. In this position, the Clinical Research Coordinator will assist in managing and conducting clinical research studies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating patient visits and informed consent processes, ensuring compliance with research protocols, preparing regulatory submissions, and supporting study data collection. The role involves close interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and research sponsors to facilitate trial operations effectively. Ideal for experienced coordinators ready to independently manage studies and contribute to site growth.Responsibilities: Independently manage clinical trials from start-up through close-out Conduct study visits per protocol Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, and investigators Manage timelines, patient retention, and query resolutionQualifications: 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory processes Experience managing studies independently Phlebotomy skills preferred Excellent communication and multitasking abilities?
