Hr Generalist Hr Business Partner

We're in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Responsibilities: Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures Liaise between employees and managers and advise on pertinent issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Qualifications: Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Must possess a bachelor's degree in business management, HR management or similar major HQ is located in San Mateo, CA. The role will require commuting daily to HQ or a restaurant location during a regularly scheduled work week. However, the frequency of visits to restaurant locations to support field operations will vary based on business and team member needs. Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 per year
