Job Description: Job Title: Certified Medication Aide or CNA Location: Grandisland NE 68803 Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks Working Hours: 36/week Shift Timing: Evening, and Night shift options plus every other weekend. Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistant: Deliver comprehensive training aligned with the individual's life goals, following the program plan and adhering to company policies. Ensure the well-being, safety, medical, and nutritional needs of those served, fostering their comfort. Support the achievement of personal outcomes important to the individuals, participating in planning meetings and updating relevant parties on progress. Engage in emotionally supportive interactions, employing strategies to reinforce positive behavior. Maintain detailed records on medical, social, and programmatic progress, and manage finances and personal care needs. Facilitate community integration through transportation, accompany to activities, assist with household tasks, and provide leisure activities. Experience Required: Minimum 3month CNA experience. Certificates Required: CNA License BLS Covid card.
