The work: In this role, you will directly engage with clients to apply your industry insights and deliver strategic solutions to their digital, commerce, and sales challenges. Provide thought leadership on digital transformation trends and customer operations within the Resources sector, reinforcing Accenture's role as a trusted partner. Lead initiatives in digital transformation while managing project delivery teams to ensure successful strategy implementation that meets client expectations regarding timelines and quality. Conduct value analyses to uncover insights and identify opportunities for growth across digital capabilities. Partner with clients on critical C-suite challenges and support the development of impactful solutions. Bonus points if you have: Experience in Chemicals, Natural Resources, or Energy industries. An MBA or a related advanced degree. A strong understanding of sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce. Familiarity with customer back-office processes and platforms like Oracle and SAP. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on numerous factors such as specific office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation. The compensation ranges from $87,400 to $253,000, depending on location.
