KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct data analysis by gathering and analyzing information from various sources. Create insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and ServiceNow. Lead small-scale projects within the IT Service Delivery framework. Perform quality assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist team members in gap analysis and contribute to developing actionable plans based on analysis outcomes. Collaborate with others to understand reporting objectives and project deliverables. Engage in special initiatives to streamline processes and improve quality. Work cross-functionally to identify root causes of issues, document findings, and implement solutions. Support IT Strategy Goals by driving initiatives aligned with business objectives. Participate in additional activities as directed by management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of related experience. Strong organizational skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Proven collaboration skills across all organizational levels. Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and exert influence internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with HIPAA, COBIT, ITIL, CMMI, and other process standards.
