Endpoint Security Architect

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust security solutions for various endpoint devices. Assess and analyze the organization's security requirements to create tailored solutions. Work closely with other IT professionals to secure all endpoint devices against potential threats. Develop and uphold security policies, procedures, and standards pertaining to endpoint security. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to uncover potential security vulnerabilities and recommend solutions. Offer expert guidance on enhancing the organization's overall security posture. Stay informed about the latest trends in endpoint security and evaluate new technologies and tools for integration. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices regarding endpoint security. Maintain a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in endpoint management or security architecture. Demonstrate a strong understanding of endpoint security technologies including anti-virus, anti-malware, and firewalls. Show proficiency with endpoint management tools like Microsoft SCCM, Intune, or JAMF. Have experience with enterprise portals and tools from Apple and Google. Possess knowledge of network security, encryption, application privilege management, and authentication technologies. Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Experience with Linux endpoint and security management is advantageous. Familiarity with Privileged Access Management tools like BeyondTrust. Experience with Citrix virtual desktop environments and Microsoft Azure endpoint security. Knowledge of other cloud platforms, including AWS and GCP, is a plus. Experience with the application of CIS Benchmark assessments and CIS-CAT Pro is highly desired.
