We are looking for an experienced leader and visionary to guide the OPF team, responsible for a cutting-edge reverse proxy solution that powers over 2,500 Amazon websites, handling an impressive 20 trillion requests monthly. As a key player in our mission to improve internet connectivity for Amazon's SDO (Stores, Digital, and Other) websites, you will have the opportunity to modernize and enhance our internet ingress proxy using advanced technologies like RUST and GenAI tools. Your leadership will help improve efficiency, latency, and overall customer experience. Your team will innovate by building software and tools that simplify managed internet connectivity, ensuring the privacy, security, and availability of services for thousands of software teams at Amazon.
