Apartment Maintenance Technician

As our newest maintenance technician, you will interact directly with residents and vendors, making you a vital on-site representative of our company. Essential Functions: Understand and adhere to safety procedures for the company and community, ensuring cleanliness and protection of workspaces. Uphold company policies, goals, and values. Perform various on-site maintenance functions effectively. Assist your supervisor in completing assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Prepare available apartments for move-in. Report maintenance issues promptly to your supervisor. Engage in a community maintenance and improvement plan actively. Maintain the physical condition of the community. Follow up on service requests to ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction. Assist in achieving the community’s annual budget plan by controlling expenses. Perform additional responsibilities as directed within the maintenance technician role. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred). HVAC certification is required. CPO certification is necessary. Effective verbal communication skills. General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service. One year of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred). Availability to work weekends, after hours, and/or holidays.
