Overview Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Enablement Trainer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering our sales force by equipping them with the essential skills, tools, and valuable content needed to excel. You will lead initiatives designed for skill development that drives performance, enhances client value, accelerates deals, and fosters revenue growth. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing effective enablement programs that boost sales effectiveness throughout the entire buyer journey. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams, including sales, operations, customer success, marketing, and product to achieve collective success. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute a comprehensive skill development roadmap that aligns with business goals, methodologies, and market trends. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) from Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure enablement is aligned with business needs. Provide constructive coaching and feedback to sales representatives to assess and enhance their application of critical skills. Design and implement data-driven training programs and processes (live, virtual, and digital) focused on selling strategies, products, and processes. Measure the effectiveness of programs and sales performance to illustrate ROI and the impact of training initiatives by utilizing KPIs and feedback systems. Develop and maintain sales playbooks and certifications that support the sales process and reflect any product or procedural changes. Create and sustain sales enablement materials and curricula that assist the sales force in revenue-generating activities. Utilize enablement platforms (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Seismic, LMS systems) to deliver scalable training experiences and measure engagement and impact. Support the optimization of our tech stack as needed. Key Requirements Experience: At least 4 years of successful experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales operations. Experience in instructional design and training delivery. Proficient in managing sales enablement programs and conducting impact analysis. Experience working with direct sales or customer success preferred. A proven ability to design and deliver impactful sales enablement and training programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Sales Enablement, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Learning & Development are a plus. 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations, ideally in B2B or legal/regulatory sectors. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with enablement technologies and data analytics tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Seismic, Quip, Tableau, Spekit). Travel: Occasional travel will be required. Onsite appearances at a Wolters Kluwer office may be required during the recruitment process. Compensation: $78,400.00 - $136,950.00 USD This position is eligible for bonuses. The compensation range is based on the primary location of the role. Actual base salary offers consider a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and specific hiring location.
