Your Role: As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will lead the charge in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. Your collaboration with the management team will ensure efficient operations and excellent patient experiences. You'll also act as a resource for staff, embodying our organization's commitment to quality and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee admission and discharge processes, enhancing patient flow and care quality. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care quality and collaborate with management to address improvement opportunities. Promote teamwork and innovative nursing strategies to enhance patient outcomes. Engage in service recovery initiatives to uphold a patient-first philosophy. Assist in staffing decisions, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Manage staff schedules to align with patient care needs and productivity standards. Ensure inventory control and proper management of medical supplies and equipment. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire. Trauma Nursing Core Course certification required within 6 months of hire. Must possess an active RN license.
