Job Description

The Wellness Advocate is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving employee wellness engagement while delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurement to leadership. This position serves as both: A visible wellness champion and educator for employees across worksites, andA trusted data advisor and strategist for executive leadership, HR, Benefits, and organizational stakeholders.Analyze health, engagement, financial, and outcomes data from multiple sources. Develop statistical reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.Track utilization, cost trends, engagement levels, savings, and outcome metrics.Establish and maintain a comprehensive performance measurement framework, including:Support leadership in interpreting results and identifying trends.Provide data-driven recommendations for immediate, mid-range, and long-term decision-making.Cross-Functional CollaborationAbility to work effectively across:Organizational leadershipHR and benefits teamsPayors and vendor partnersEmployees at all levelsSkilled at balancing operational realities with strategic objectivesProject & Systems SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)Experience with HRIS, data platforms, and analytics systemsStrong organizational and project management capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPersonal AttributesHigh integrity and discretionSolutions-oriented mindsetComfort operating in both structured and evolving environmentsAbility to translate data into human-centered strategiesExperience & EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data/Financial Technology, Employee Benefits Management, Accounting, HRIS, or related field.Minimum four (4) years of experience in:HR, Benefits, Budgeting, or Data AnalysisHealthcare, insurance, EWE
