This Project Manager role is crucial for defining, planning, and executing complex programs that require collaboration across multiple teams while managing interdependencies among various initiatives, all within defined scope, quality, time, and budget constraints. You will lead a diverse team of internal staff and contractors to deliver impactful business solutions. Essential Responsibilities Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to develop a comprehensive program strategy and create a structured roadmap to manage cross-functional projects. Lead project teams effectively, partnering with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure the successful development of detailed project plans. Engage closely with the Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to guarantee alignment of program objectives with overarching business goals. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and communicate the program’s status, actively managing scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with strategic objectives. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers; provide regular project updates to stakeholders for transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Adhere to Highmark’s project management standards and methodologies while contributing to ongoing enhancements in project management practices. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested. Pay Range: Minimum: $57,700.00 | Maximum: $107,800.00 The base pay is determined by various factors, including qualifications and experience.
