Lead Product Manager for Database Security Solutions

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of essential database security features for both enterprise and cloud platforms. In this critical role, you will define the product vision for secure connectivity, integration of authentication methods, and implementation of cryptographic frameworks that are crucial for protecting customer data at scale. This position requires a technical Product Manager with a strong background in database administration, allowing you to transform complex security and infrastructure ideas into actionable product requirements that provide significant value to our customers. You will work closely with engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams to develop robust, compliant, and scalable database security solutions. Essential Qualifications & Skills Database Administration Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of direct DBA experience Comprehensive understanding of database principles, operational processes, and customer use cases Cryptography Knowledge: Familiarity with TLS/SSL, key cryptographic algorithms, and FIPS compliance Authentication Experience: Deep knowledge of enterprise authentication mechanisms, including Kerberos, PKI/certificates, and RADIUS Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to various audiences Proven product management expertise with the ability to prioritize and execute in a challenging and technical environment Preferred Experience Understanding of modern cloud identity and authentication patterns such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) Experience with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID) Background in security, compliance, or infrastructure products Experience supporting both on-premises and cloud enterprise clients Why Join Us?
