Executive Nursing Director, Dialysis A leading national healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Services to provide strategic clinical leadership across a large multi-state group of facilities. This is a hybrid role with regional travel (up to 50%) and a mix of field visits and remote leadership. The role focuses on driving clinical excellence, developing leadership talent, and implementing strategies that improve patient outcomes across hundreds of care locations. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Ensure team accountability for safety processes and readiness Provide on-site support for escalated survey issues or urgent safety concerns Leadership & Talent Development Coach and develop Directors and Clinical Services Managers to strengthen leadership capacity Drive succession planning and cultivate a positive culture Engage with teams quarterly to evaluate culture and performance Clinical Strategy & Outcomes Set group-level clinical priorities and align with executive leadership Identify trends affecting patient care and implement improvement plans Partner with operations to prioritize and execute key clinical initiatives National Clinical Strategy Support Serve as a field-based clinical partner providing insights on enterprise-wide initiatives Represent the organization in national clinical forums Outlier Support Collaborate with divisional leaders to rapidly improve underperforming markets Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Current RN license with no disciplinary actions 8-10 years of clinical experience, including 4+ years in leadership 6-8 years in clinical services management or equivalent Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality improvement, and clinical operations Travel & Schedule Regional travel up to 50% On-site presence 1-2 days per week for clinic visits and team meetings What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based rewards Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and PTO cash out Professional development: leadership programs, on-demand courses, and structured training paths Work-life support: EAP counseling, backup child/elder care, maternity/paternity leave, and wellness tools Opportunity to lead a large-scale clinical team and drive measurable patient outcomes
