Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Deliver specialized nursing care to orthopedic and spine patients, including post-operative management. Monitor patient progress, assess pain levels, and administer medications as prescribed. Educate patients and families on post-surgical care, rehabilitation plans, and pain management techniques. Collaborate with surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and respond to changes in patient conditions. Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff. Candidate requirements Active RN license in Washington State (or eligibility for licensure). 1+ year of orthopedic or spine nursing experience preferred.
