Summary Take charge of event marketing strategy for Sparks & 3D, overseeing all aspects from conception to execution across various events, custom activations, and audience-focused experiences. This role merges expert event strategy with business insight, ensuring each event captivates our audience and drives measurable business growth. Reporting to the Head of Demand Gen/B2B Marketing, you will champion a flexible and dynamic approach to experiential marketing, reinforcing Sparks & 3D as leaders in this field. The position allows for a hybrid schedule, generally requiring in-office attendance 2-3 days per week from our location in Philadelphia, PA or nearby areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Event Strategy and Execution Lead the comprehensive event marketing strategy, building a strategic calendar that aligns with industry priorities and business objectives. Create, plan, and execute unforgettable audience-centric experiences, including engagements with C-suite executives, industry sponsorships, thought leadership sessions, and virtual events. Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, PR, and Marketing Operations, and Event Production teams to align each event with core commercial objectives and facilitate pipeline growth. Innovation and Insights Promote creative excellence by introducing new event formats, personalized experiences driven by data, and innovative activations. Utilize CRM, ABM, and marketing technology tools for real-time engagement tracking and seamless integration with broader marketing initiatives. Measurement & Optimization Establish and execute an event attribution model, using Salesforce for tracking leads, measuring ROI, and analyzing conversions from audience interaction to qualified opportunities. Conduct rigorous management of event budgets and resources, optimizing for impact without compromising quality. Team Leadership Guide and mentor junior marketing team members, nurturing a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous growth. Engage cross-functionally with PR agencies and external partners to enhance co-marketing and partnership value. Education & Experience 7+ years of experience in B2B event and vertical marketing, with a background in leading multi-channel demand generation campaigns and events across diverse sectors. Demonstrated success in linking sophisticated event strategies to business results, including driving MQLs, SQLs, and revenue pipelines. Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), marketing attribution, ABM concepts, and performance analytics. Strong project management, leadership abilities, and stakeholder communication skills. Capable of creating and executing event-driven lead programs and targeted outreach strategies.
