Moulding Operators play a critical role in supporting our millwork operations by ensuring precision sharpening and maintenance of cutting tools used in high-quality custom millwork production. Benefits and Incentives Hourly Pay: $30 to $40 per hour, Overtime available Relocation Available for the Right Candidate Monday-Friday, day shift hours only Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Medical, Prescription, Dental, & Vision Insurance Company matched 401(k) retirement plan and profit sharing Paid holidays and vacation days Mid-year and end-of-year bonuses Strong internal culture focused on team success and long-term stability What You Will Do Set up and operate Weinig P Series moulders Install and align tooling for custom millwork profiles Read and interpret profile drawings and production specifications Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure precision and quality Inspect finished materials for dimensional accuracy and surface quality Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Coordinate with the tool room and production teams to ensure timely workflow Maintain a clean and safe work environment What You Bring Proven experience operating Weinig P Series moulders or similar, required Strong understanding of millwork production processes, required Ability to read blueprints and profile drawings, required Experience setting up tooling and adjusting cutter heads, required Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, required Ability to work independently and as part of a team, required Ready to build a long-term career with a company that values reliability and teamwork?
