From AI-powered IP video surveillance to cloud-connected access control, you'll help deploy security platforms that power some of the most advanced hospitals, data centers, universities, and industrial facilities in the country.We're seeking a skilled professional ready to lead installations, support commissioning efforts, and train the next generation of security tech talentWhat You'll Do:Deliver best-in-class installations of integrated electronic security systems-CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm sensors, and associated software platformsPerform system programming, testing, and final commissioning activitiesProvide on-site mentorship and training to junior specialists-share best practices and foster team growthCollaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution from install to handoffConduct walkthroughs, punch lists, and customer acceptance testingIdentify installation deficiencies and recommend improvements to elevate quality and complianceRequirements:1+ years (mid-level) or 3+ years (senior-level) of hands-on experience with security system installs (Genetec, Avigilon, CCURE, Milestone, Axis, etc.)Understanding of network infrastructure-IP addressing, routers/switches/firewalls, and video bandwidth considerationsAbility to work at heights, lift 50 lbs unassisted, and navigate construction and retrofit environmentsValid U.S. driver's license and eligibility for our fleet programAuthorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorshipPreferred:5+ years in complex security installationsMassachusetts Class D Electrical LicenseAbility to interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and construction documentsInterested in hearing more?
