Tree Crew Leader

We are seeking an experienced Tree Crew Leader to guide field crews in delivering safe, high-quality tree care services across the area. Responsibilities: • Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first jobsite culture • Direct daily field operations for tree pruning, preservation, and removal projects • Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with company and industry standards • Train, coach, and mentor crew members to develop skills and promote growth • Operate climbing, rigging, and aerial lift equipment safely and efficiently Qualifications: • Strong climbing and rigging skills • ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if needed • Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship Compensation: $30 - $38 hourly•
