This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and enjoys seeing high-quality projects come to life. The Working Foreman will be responsible for executing daily jobsite operations while motivating crews, maintaining productivity, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to Salvadore's high standards. Learn more at Key Responsibilities Lead and work alongside field crews on landscaping and hardscaping projects including patios and retaining walls. Oversee daily jobsite activities to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency Read plans and layouts to execute projects accurately Assign tasks, monitor crew performance, and keep projects on schedule Ensure jobsite safety and proper use of tools, equipment, and company vehicles Communicate clearly with management regarding progress, needs, and challenges Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Train and mentor crew members to support skill development and growth Assist with material handling, equipment operation, and hands-on installation work Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related construction work Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of outdoor construction processes and jobsite workflows Ability to lead by example with a positive, dependable attitude Reliable, loyal, and team-oriented mindset Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license preferred A professional review will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws Compensation & Benefits $30-$40 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay cycle Performance-based bonuses Paid Time Off (holidays, vacation, sick time) Paid training and certifications Company vehicle provided Company events Significant opportunities for advancement within a growing company Work Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Overtime available and expected as workload requires Work Location On-site at residential and commercial project locations Local field work based on assigned jobs Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
