Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary As a Business Systems Analyst, you will leverage your understanding of business systems analysis to tackle a variety of technical assignments and address moderately complex challenges. This position involves collaborating with IT development teams and business units to help shape the development and enhancement of system solutions. About the Role Your contributions as a Business Systems Analyst will be crucial in evaluating system requirements and enhancing existing applications. By performing specialized tasks, you will play a key role in ensuring that IT solutions meet business needs and drive high value. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of new applications and system requirements. Transform business needs into precise technical specifications that guide development. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support system enhancements. Execute user testing and troubleshoot issues independently. Prepare and update user manuals and training materials for improved user experience. Accurately maintain and update system databases. Assist in managing project schedules and deliverables effectively. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for technical issues as needed. Collect and analyze feedback to propose process improvements continually. Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical thinking skills Excellent collaboration abilities Effective communication skills Capable of thorough documentation practices Robust problem-solving capabilities Experience in project management Technical proficiency and knowledge Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role. Proficiency with SAP systems is required. Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional requirements. Compensation: $63,200.00 - $108,200.00 USD This position also offers eligibility for bonuses. Compensation range is based on the primary job location.
