Key Responsibilities AI Service Development: Lead the design and development of AI services tailored for cloud operations, ensuring they are scalable and reliable while meeting customer needs. Tooling & Infrastructure: Develop tools and frameworks that enhance software development, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring processes. AI Integration: Incorporate AI agents into software services to improve OCI operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product and engineering teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives. Customer Engagement: Directly engage with enterprise customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure efficient service performance in production. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using languages such as Python, Go, or Java. Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and cross-team initiatives. Deployment and Monitoring: Assist in deploying and monitoring services with modern cloud-native tools. Best Practices: Learn and apply best practices for building reliable and high-performance distributed services with 24/7 operational excellence. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building enterprise services and production-level software systems. Proven ability to assess and optimize services in critical real-world environments. Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Python, Java, Go, or C++. Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, LLMs, AI agents, and cloud-native architectures. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong emphasis on action and delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct collaboration with enterprise customers and cross-organizational teams. Experience in CI/CD workflows and container-based deployments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in developing scalable AI services or applications for enterprises. Background in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure monitoring. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or other major cloud platforms. Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, MCP, or LLM serving technologies. Interest in distributed systems with a focus on observability and scalability. Desire to learn from senior engineers and contribute to impactful projects.
