In this exciting role, you will guide Wireless and Wireline service providers in modernizing their technology solutions, focusing on Business/Operations Support Systems (B/OSS) and Network infrastructure. Your contributions will drive the development of innovative services, improve customer experiences, reduce costs, stimulate revenue growth, and strengthen competitiveness. Key Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Telecom Engineering, Science, etc.) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of expertise in Telecom B/OSS and Network infrastructure, along with Network Data management. At least 2 years of experience in delivering Telecom Technology evolution projects. Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing Telecom technology strategy projects or workstreams and guiding project-based team members. In-depth technical and business knowledge in areas such as Autonomous Networks, 5G, HFC, CAMARA, and ODA. Strong research abilities concerning client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry trends, and new technologies. A willingness to travel as needed to accommodate client demands. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in consulting. TM Forum certifications. Comprehensive understanding of Network data space. Your Responsibilities: Exhibit advanced technical proficiency in the Telecom Technology domain while demonstrating strong business acumen. Lead Telecom B/OSS and MVNO stack modernization projects, ensuring successful outcomes. Engage in delivery focused on techno-functional analysis, data analysis, solution design, and implementation management while taking on significant leadership responsibilities. Contribute to solution development by addressing client needs and creating prototypes in Autonomous Networks, B/OSS Transformation, and MVNO launches. Build and maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients, engaging in business development and thought leadership in Telco B/OSS and Networks. Consistently deliver high-quality client services and keep stakeholders informed about project progress and results. Engage appropriately with clients to establish valuable relationships.
