CDM Smith is seeking a dynamic and motivated Industrial Client Services Director with specialized knowledge in water and wastewater management. This role is crucial for driving growth in our Industrial business unit by identifying cutting-edge project opportunities and nurturing valuable client partnerships. If you have a wealth of experience in consulting, engineering, design-build, and EPC projects, we want you to help elevate our services for industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead business development and engage with major industrial clients throughout the U.S., focusing on advanced technology facilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients to provide exceptional service management. Work alongside senior project managers and technical experts to enhance project execution and expand market presence. Collaborate with our award-winning technology group to provide innovative solutions to our clients. Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at ensuring growth and profitability for CDM Smith. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 12 years of experience in a related role. Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally. Equivalent directly related experience may substitute for academic qualifications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in business development within various industrial sectors, such as oil/gas, chemicals, food/beverage, manufacturing, data centers, high tech, and power. Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater management, including treatment systems and regulatory compliance. Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering.
