Join Our Team! The Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios organization is on the lookout for a proactive and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the VP of Shopping and a Director. We are seeking an organized, resourceful individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple critical requests across different teams. As an Executive Assistant, you will be a seamless extension of our Vice President, collaborating with fellow Executive Assistants across the organization to foster a positive work culture. Your role will involve anticipating business needs and proactively implementing solutions that enhance efficiency for the leadership team. You must maintain confidentiality with utmost integrity and professionalism, especially when interacting with senior executives. The right candidate can make quick decisions and act swiftly without needing to know every detail, while ensuring a spirit of teamwork and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and support scheduling for teams in multiple locations. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Assist with expense reports and manage submission coordination. Organize team activities, including staff meetings, town halls, and off-sites. Track key deliverables and ensure timely completion of follow-up tasks. Act as a liaison for the VP's direct reports. Manage team workspace, including moves and configurations. Collaborate closely with the leadership team and other business partners. Basic Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications. Experience in coordinating domestic or international travel. Executive-level calendar management experience. Facility with workspace planning and management. Experience handling expense reports and purchase orders. Capability in organizing team activities and events. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience leading process improvements. Background in fast-paced, high-tech environments. Experience designing processes to enhance operational efficiency. Your compensation package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs), and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
