Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in accordance with federal, state, and company policies. Utilize pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting and assisting customers. Engage with patients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Follow through on tasks assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Maintain the pharmacy area in optimal condition and uphold good inventory management practices. Attend trainings to enhance your knowledge and maintain your qualifications. Basic Qualifications: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail environment. Familiarity with Walgreens policies and practices. Strong math and computer skills for accurate medication handling. Knowledge of inventory control procedures. Possession of PTCB certification.
