As a Senior Estimator, you'll lead and support competitive bid efforts and negotiated work across commercial, institutional, higher education, and infrastructure markets. You'll collaborate directly with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective, accurate, and strategic estimates.Responsibilities Lead pre-construction efforts on complex projects from $10M to $200M+Prepare detailed estimates across all divisions (CSI format), from conceptual to hard bidsAnalyze subcontractor and supplier proposals, conduct scope reviews, and level bidsBuild and maintain historical cost databases and unit pricing systemsParticipate in value engineering, risk assessments, and constructability reviewsMentor junior estimators and collaborate cross-functionally with business development, operations, and VDC teamsRepresent W.E.
