Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 7 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Knowledge/Skills: We seek candidates with a strong background in Oracle Cloud application solutions, including: Leading 1-3 full life-cycle implementations and supporting clients in deploying Oracle packages on larger projects. Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Cloud product suite. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials modules and associated business processes, such as the payment process, matching process, and month-end close. You should demonstrate abilities to manage Oracle Cloud product suite resources, including: Designing, implementing, and supporting complex Oracle business processes. Recognizing the significance of a structured production system environment. Developing strategies and effectively communicating with diverse audiences. As a team leader, showcase your strengths by: Creating a motivating environment while monitoring team workloads to meet client expectations. Providing timely, constructive feedback. Keeping leadership updated on progress and challenges. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. The actual compensation offered will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
