Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: Your primary responsibilities will include visiting customers' homes, resolving technical issues, and introducing them to the latest smart home technologies. Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products for customers. Educate customers on their new technology and recommend additional services suited to their needs. Maintain a tidy work environment and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently and collaborating with the team. Skills, Experience and Requirements What You'll Need: Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential. Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Ability: Capable of climbing ladders (up to 40 ft), lifting up to 70 lbs, and maintaining a weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and provide an excellent customer experience. Problem-Solving: Skills to tackle a variety of on-the-spot challenges effectively. Determination: Capable of working in confined spaces and varied weather conditions. Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected tasks and changes effortlessly.
