What You Will Do: As a Multi-Unit Leadership Specialist, you will oversee three H&R Block tax offices, leading customer-focused teams to drive seasonal tax business growth. You will play a vital role in managing office operations, developing associates, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role will start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to gear up for the busy tax season. From January to April, you will transition to a full-time schedule, including necessary evening and weekend hours. Please note that this position requires in-person work. Key Responsibilities: Manage staffing, operations, and logistics across multiple tax offices with support from Associate Team Leaders. Collaborate with the District General Manager to develop and implement growth strategies and client engagement initiatives. Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions. Conduct performance reviews and work with the Associate Relations Center to address and resolve associate issues. Foster a positive team environment by training and recognizing outstanding contributions from team members. Lead daily team meetings, sharing vital information with associates. Create and manage work schedules for associates and oversee accurate timekeeping across all offices. Travel between offices as needed. Prepare tax returns upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment. Your Background: Experience in leading teams, with a proven track record of developing and growing associates. Ability to execute growth plans and cultivate a proactive growth-focused environment. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using technology. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a high school diploma combined with equivalent experience. Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course is required to prepare tax returns. Why Choose H&R Block?
