What You’d Do in This Role: As a Social Media Strategist, you won’t just manage accounts, you’ll help shape how millions of people experience Ramsey online. You’ll lead the strategy and performance of assigned social media accounts, whether for a Ramsey brand or one of our personalities. You’re Probably a Match If: You have 4+ years of experience in social media marketing. You understand platform strategy and algorithm behavior across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. You know how to build and execute social content strategies that drive measurable results. You can analyze performance data, identify what’s working well and adjust quickly. You’re confident owning content calendars and collaborating cross-functionally with creative and business teams. You believe in the mission of Ramsey Solutions and understand how our content helps people.
