Summary As a Senior FP&A Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing our financial planning and analysis capabilities using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This position is vital for transforming our FP&A processes and facilitating data-driven decision-making across our organization. Key Responsibilities SAC Implementation & Support: Lead and support the development of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting solutions using SAC. Collaborate with finance and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable SAC functionalities. Collaboration: Establish and nurture strong relationships with finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Engage in cross-functional collaborations to promote the adoption of best practices and continuous enhancements. Governance & Change Management: Drive change management initiatives, standardize FP&A data models, and streamline planning processes organization-wide. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for system and process enhancements to cater to evolving finance reporting needs. Data Management: Ensure data integrity, oversee master data management, and manage data ingestion workflows for FP&A systems. User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for users on SAC functionalities, reporting, and analytics. Provide ongoing assistance and troubleshooting for business users. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in FP&A or financial systems analysis within large, complex organizations. Demonstrated success in leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other EPM tools. Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analytics, and Excel; experience with Power BI is a bonus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Track record of driving process improvements and managing change in dynamic environments. Minimum Qualifications A degree or equivalent experience is required, typically needing 10+ years of relevant experience, with fewer years necessary for those holding a Master's or Doctorate. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional FP&A tools such as SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, or Hyperion. Robust project management skills in financial systems implementations. Experience within healthcare or large enterprise environments is a plus. Technical familiarity with Agile methodologies. At McKesson, we offer a competitive compensation package reflective of our Total Rewards philosophy, considering factors such as performance, experience, skills, equity, and geographical market evaluations. Other compensation options, like an annual bonus or long-term incentives, may also be available.
