Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Consulting to lead cloud architecture design, modernization initiatives and technology strategy for enterprise SaaS solutions. This role will drive cloud migration, enforce governance and collaborate across teams to deliver resilient, high-performing platforms. Req# 902638514 Responsibilities Design and implement cloud architectures for achieving resiliency, high availability, and high performance of application software Lead cloud migration initiatives and modernization of legacy systems Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance standards Develop infrastructure-as-code templates using tools like Terraform or Bicep templates Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment Ability to make judgments on architectural tradeoffs between competing requirements of the SaaS offerings and cloud technologies Ability to effectively model, present, and communicate platform technology/cloud architecture to various audiences consisting of technical and non-technical, internal, and external customers Ability to research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies and architectural possibilities to the ongoing advancement of the SaaS offerings Requirements Java and Spring-based apps, including modernization of legacy SOAP endpoints Azure PaaS including Azure Functions, App Services, and managed event-driven services Docker and AKS including registry, configuration, and deployment patterns CI/CD and IaC as part of application delivery with working knowledge of Bicep scripts Azure messaging and streaming architectures, including migration from Kafka to Event Hubs or Service Bus, and event consumer patterns written in Java App-level monitoring, observability, performance tuning, and health checks using Azure Monitor and related tooling Azure networking, application security, and monitoring, including PCI/regulated workload considerations Strong documentation skills We offer Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) Employee Assistance Program Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off - the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Employee Discounts Pet Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City. This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $160,000 - $190,000.
