Your Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects to deploy new technologies and configurations alongside specialized Network/Security Groups focusing on LAN and WLAN networks. Act as a technical consultant for global and site-specific network projects. Serve as a subject matter expert for specific technologies/services within our Network Infrastructure Services team. Engage in the Security Release Management Processes for new services and ongoing feature updates. Collaborate with Service Design to develop initial service concepts and ensure smooth transition to the Service Transition and Operations teams. Work within a cross-functional team to define and develop the service outputs. Provide training and handover for consistent service delivery and support. Participate in subsequent service releases per the defined Service Roadmap. Interface with Service Design, Service Delivery Provisioning, Operations, and local Area IT support teams. Deliver efficient and timely 4th level support for advanced operational issues, driving these to resolution. Collaborate with Design Engineering on chronic problem resolutions. Be available for on-call duties as required. Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems or a related field. A minimum of eight years of experience in implementing and operating LAN/WLAN networks with Cisco hardware. At least five years of experience in operating Enterprise LAN and WLAN Networks. A minimum of two years of experience in OT LAN and WLAN Networks. Proficient knowledge of Cisco LAN (Port-Channels, trunks, ACL, static routes, VLANs, L2/L3 routing, physical and logical segmentation). Experience with Cisco WLAN (Local WLC, FlexConnect, SSID implementation). Familiarity with Cisco Management Platforms (DNAC, Prime, ISE TACACS, ISE Radius, Solarwinds, Service Now). Deep understanding of Cisco networking equipment configurations and problem resolutions within a large Enterprise setup. Coordination and configuration expertise in layer 2 and layer 3 Cisco networks. Solid knowledge of VLANs, spanning tree, BGP, and EIGRP. Understanding of IP addressing, including subnetting and supernetting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in English (verbal, written, and reading). Strong documentation and process control skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ITIL v3. Experience with Cisco WAN (MPLS, Internet, IPSEC, Encapsulation). Experience troubleshooting Palo Alto Firewalls (Source IP, Destination IP, TCP/UDP protocols). Experience with Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, and LAN VRF routing. Cisco Certifications (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent) are preferred. Experience working in a global environment. Willingness to engage in implementation activities as needed.
