Your Responsibilities: As an Orkin Sales Inspector, you will: Conduct thorough home inspections from attic to crawl space Build trust with customers by clearly explaining findings and recommending suitable treatment options Close sales by demonstrating the value and long-term benefits of our services Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently using a company-provided iPad Work independently, prioritize tasks, and focus on maximizing leads Represent Orkin with utmost professionalism, empathy, and integrity What We Offer: Join us for: Top Earning Potential: Average first-year earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 (base salary plus commission) Uncapped Commission: Earn more as you sell more Company Vehicle: Enjoy a gas card as part of your compensation Paid Training: No prior pest control experience necessary; we will train you!
